Poor customer service and integrity from Roxanne... I've dealt with better... Im from Texas born and raised I expected better..but when my wallet got stolen all you cared about was your funky payment and forced unauthorized checks to come out of my bank account instead of being professional and trying to contact me first... Payday im paying the loan off i am very unsatisfied with your lack of services.
