      Been with Star before they where ever in Beckley. Now my kids are second generation banking here.

      The mananger is rude and this bank steals from the Elderly. My Grandfather withdrew some money here and went to deposit into his checking when he was told that one of the bills, a 100, was a counterfit. he took it back, i drove him, and called ahead and they said they would fix the issue. Instead when we were at the counter the manager came up, took the counterfit and said theres no proof they gave us the counterfit and he couldve had it made. He had the receipt. They would not reimburse him his money. He is a disabled 70 yr old veteran, i had to teach him to make a call on his cell phone that morning. How on earth is he going to produce counterfit bills? Awful, awful management, service and people. Thats no way to treat a man like him. He will be switching to Navy Federal.

      This bank can make a mistake on a loan and tell you its paid and your on time but your not. Even though they made the mistake your credit gets hurt and they wont fix it or make it right. This bank is a joke and you are just a dollar to them not people. What this world has come too but charma will always win in the end. Greed is one of the biggest sins!!!
