      I want to say that Star USA has been really good to me since becoming a member in July 2021. They helped me with an auto loan & I really do appreciate 🙏 it. Had trouble at first with logging into my account, but after calling them it's all good now. Thanks Star USA Federal Credit Union!!!

      Horrible experience. I was pre-approved. They done a hard pull on my credit and I ended up getting offered a 10 % which is higher than what I'm financed with already. & they won't help me dispute. DO NOT GO WITH THEM FOR ANY FINANCING! I got approved with another company with a 4.3 %

      Ever since the security update trying to log in to my account has been a literal nightmare! I'm sure I am not the only member to experience this! Each time I've had to change my password...there are only so many passwords.Other times I've had to call a number and speak to someone and then they change my password I've been a member for almost 20 years and have never seen such a nightmare as this. I've spoke with several C.S. folks and others and they all sympathize with me and tell me they are aware of the problem an not much else. Now I am locked out of my online account and need to get my balance. The bank hasn't opened it's doors yet for business and will not until 9 A.M.. So now I am at their mercy.
