  I just want to say that the impeccable service and thoughtfulness of a company especially during these times is rare to find. But let me tell you you will definitely find everything you need at starlight. My work with Jason was nothing short of exemplary. He worked tirelessly to get me approved to refinance my home. This company has actually brought me to tears with how compassionate and thoughtful they are. They are so amazing I don’t even know how to describe them so that you can truly understand that they go above and beyond any broker you’ll ever find anywhere.

  I used Starlight for my last jumbo mortgage. At the time, it was a sellers market and I felt extremely fortunate to have my offer accepted and get the home under contract. Jason Young helped me tremendously after two appraisals came in low, which would have made it impossible for me to get the loan I needed and not forfeit my earnest money. Jason identified what was undervalued or not taken into account in both of the initial appraisals. Subsequently, he was able to get the bank to agree to pay independently for a third appraisal ($2500). Additionally, he negotiated a reduction of $20,000 in closing costs from the same bank. Even more remarkable was that Jason had not worked with this bank before, which was a regional lender out of Detroit. Jason did an outstanding job and I credit him for saving my home purchase.
