I was customer of START auto finance for almost 2 years on a 2020 kia Soul, paid every two weeks $8 fee on the payments, I was always paid on time no problems ever, the car was a lemon and I had to do a lawsuit against KIA and won and sold the car and got a new Lexus (I recommend weston AUTONATION), my salesman called 3 times and 3 different pay off amount since they never mail me anything, no paperwork on the car after I asked multiple times now I'm trying to get the GAP insurance refund its been a month 4 calls and multiple emails,UPDATE Im at 30 calls and 10 messages with IRIS GUZMAN the general manager, left 10 voice messages so i think she doing fraud by keeping all the refund of the gap insurances of the repos and paid off, I still haven't been able to get the information on GAP coverage i paid for $690. I don't recommend START AUTO the women that work there are lacking customer service and management is mediocre at best. I will probably Sue them with a BBB business lawyer please don't accept their business I'm using CAPITAL ONE AUTO now and the difference is nigth and day. they know how to treat good customer, no repair story or late payment story here just lack of customer service and accountability. thanks and have a good day!I bet you the won't respond to this one!!!! Still no GAP insurance check it’s been 1 year, the manager is doing fraud for sure. She is a scammer her name is Iris Guzman. Please run from these people!
