  Hands down the best title company I’ve worked with. The staff located at the ella Blvd location is always on point and two steps ahead. Keep on keeping on.

  We closed on a sale with StarTex. Although the goal was accomplished, I would not recommend them. 1) The amount owed on the loan was in error by a sizeable around and we had to notify them that this was wrong. 2) The closing date was in error by a month. 3) The zip code was wrong on the first contract. 4) We requested power of attorney for our state notary 3 times, but they kept sending the wrong state in the POA. 5) When we received mail correspondence later, our street address was wrong. For a company that deals in important paperwork/contracts/binding legal documents, there needs to be ACCURACY, or at least someone proofreading or checking for errors. Some mistakes may slip through, but the homeowner should not have to work so hard when paying for this service.

  Sent a cash transaction on 11-22-21 they opened up title on 11-30-21 it is 12-23-21 and still not closed. Will not ever use this Title company.
