      I've been with State Bank since 2002-ish, back when they were Exchange Bank, starting with the Sylvania branch. When I moved down near Bowling Green in 2015, if I needed to go to a physical branch I went to the Luckey branch. When the BG branch opened, I was ecstatic. This bank as a whole has always taken good care of me. Today I had to dispute a couple fraudulent charges on my account, and mistakenly called the Perrysburg office, but the person there was able to advise me, and also cancelled my debit card for me, and then I went to the BG branch to file the dispute in person. As of right now, I already have my money back. When I walk in the BG branch, they recognize me and know me by name. Excellent service all around!

      WAY EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS!! This State Bank is why Google needs to add a bonus star for special places like this! They first gave great service TO US, as customers, at our business, they made our lives easier before we were even customers by leaving their offices to meet me where I was at, did a bulk of the paperwork to simplify things, have clear communication, are personable, are incredibly fair, and ultimately make you feel better ABOUT YOURSELF when you're around them!! Dont miss out, like we did for the first few months!! ...not just a great bank, but a legendary business.
