  The State Bank of Cross Plains has been a model of efficiency and customer relations. The staff has an extremely cordial and warm welcome for its customers and provides exceptional banking service. We regard ourselves as extremely fortunate to have this resource in Oregon.

  The people that work here are wonderful and helpful, and they're the only reason I'm not giving this bank 1/5. I'm upset with the bank itself because they imposed a 5$ a month charge for people who don't have a savings account. They did send letters out letting people know, but they were just regular envelopes that did not denote the importance of the contents, so I never saw it and I've been getting charged 5$ a month for months without ever knowing. I'll be changing banks this month.

  If you want the rarity these days in our far too often impersonal and inconsistent customer service world of 2018 then come on over to The State Bank of Cross Plains in Oregon , WI ! We moved to near Oregon , WI approximately ten years ago and my wife had her bank account with them so she continued . I was with a BIG ( who will remain anonymous but think hundreds of branches in many different states ) bank , because of occasional international transactions , but since the people at The Oregon Branch of The State Bank of Cross Plains are so helpful and nice every time I interact with any of them whether in person , by phone or other means they won me over too : - ) ! The best of competent and kind service at any bank in any place ( including other states and countries ) that I have ever consistently experienced ! Highest recommendation for great , competent and so very friendly service at a bank .
