      My family and I just moved here from 2 hours away. Looking for new bank. They had a tent and cones set up for grand opening today, and there was no parking because of the cones (kind of silly given they want folks to come in to open an account, but they kindly moved a cone for me.) I went in to open an account, was pointed to a person with zero personality, very uninviting. I explained I wanted to open an account. Told her my wife would be added later, or could come in later to sign a signature card. (My other bank 2 hours away, which is awesome by the way, has no problem with this.) You would have thought I was asking for her kidney or something. Zero accommodation. She sat back in her chair with no commitment to open my account until my wife showed up. So a bank branch, having a grand opening to attract new depositors, is blocking their own parking lot and turning new customers away. Not a good experience at all. They lost big today, not me.
