  While this is in fact a good bank in many ways it’s also outdated and inconvenient . The customer service is always very friendly and helpful , but your always having to go in because they don’t offer convenience such as actual mobile banking . You can check your balances and such but they don’t offer snap shot deposits . The branch itself doesn’t have an ATM so you must go to the local market or a gas station if you want to withdraw cash outside of their business hours . They base loan decisions on your credit but don’t report to credit so it doesn’t help build your score when you make on time payments. In my opinion the way a bank treats its customers who are trying to do the right thing during hardships speaks volumes . What it said to me was I was entrusting my money to people that were only in it for the money. They don’t care about people as much as they would have you believe . So if your used to an antiquated way of doing things ,minimal creature comforts and just a place that charges a small fee to keep your money for you then this is a great bank . If you want more the look elsewhere.
