      For six (6) years, State Bank of Southwest Missouri and its employees have bent over backward to give me the VERY BEST customer service I have EVER RECEIVED. These folks and their Bank try very, very hard to do it right . . . and they ALWAYS SUCCEED. (Taylor was especially helpful and nice today).

      There are a lot of banks in Springfield and most of them offer the same things so the one thing that a bank could do to stand out is offer excellent customer service and State Bank excels at that. I don’t have a lot of money but they still treat me like a valued customer and that my friends is how to do business and keep customers.
