      This branch of the SECU is located amidst burgeoning businesses and restaurants. During these times of Covid protocols, the CU offers great customer service and assurance in completing my financial transactions in a timely manner. With the improvements made to the mobile app, my visits to the physical location are few and are less time consuming; especially when I need to complete complex transactions that would require more time and patience.

      If a minus 0 would be an option that’s what I would rate this place. Does not give you a full account of what is needed when taking care of business needed. Also does not offer a third chair for the 3 people doing business together.

      They had placed a 7-10 business hold on 2 checks that I have deposited and they lost them. The money never appeared in my account and they said they may have deposited them in someone else’s account. This was my retirement money.
