      I have used this particular branch MANY times over the last 10 years for multiple banking needs. I have always had a positive experience. I recently had a debit card issue. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly when assisting me. I now have resolution and would like to thank them. I am especially grateful for Mrs Sellers and Mrs Gregory. They went well beyond and provided outstanding service with a smile. Thank you so much for your help.

      SECU is a great bank to build a brighter future. Between Jesus and smart moves like opening not only a checking and savings, but a "Money Market" , and/or CD accounts. SECU is like a money tree, 😊I have a home, through my bank too.

      We have a mortgage, auto loan and open end loan with this branch! We will never deal with Rainey Ashley at this branch again and recommend no one else does! Recent experience with her has been horrible, she is rude and lazy and does not follow up with you on the loan process. If it were not for the branch manager, Drew, stepping in and getting our loan finalized we would not be in our home now! I highly recommend the bank and the personal there except for Rainey! Just found out today she failed to requalify our open end loan back In October and add my husbands name to the account. Why?????? We have no idea because we specifically went into the branch to requalify the open end loan in both our names and prequalify for a mortgage! Absolutely not satisfied with Rainey at this branch and we don’t know how she would ever qualify for that job!!
