      There are a lot of turnover at the credit union on ash street and when u get use to someone there gone just that quick and the new people or the Head meaning swollen heads who think they can talk to u any way they want are VERY RUDE””””””””””””.

      I spoke with an employee Josh yesterday who had TERRIBLE customer service skills. I was trying to wire money for the first time ever and he was asking for wiring instructions for another bank, I asked if he could assist me with looking it up, he said he couldn’t, I said I didn’t believe that but ok, and he goes...THATS FINE. Very condescending tone of voice, without explaining to me why he couldn’t or going on about the conversation on what he COULD do. I work customer service, I know how t goes. Instead of the smart mouth reply he could’ve de-escalated by continuing to be pleasant and giving me the information he needed to have from me specifically to be able to complete the service being requested. I quickly let him know he had poor customer service skills and asked to speak with another representative who provided me with specific information needed to complete my transaction. Ms. Jenny/Junie (I’m not sure exactly) but thank you ma’am. Good job on saving the call!
