  This is by far my favorite SECU location!! They are always extremely helpful and willing to go above to get you any answers you need, and with incredible attitudes. Even in times of my frustration (mostly due to dealing with the terrible University location), they have never once given me a nasty attitude and are quick to find resolutions. Thank you so much for your exceptional service here!

  I avoid going here even though it’s the closest to my apartment. The employees make me feel unwelcome and like I shouldn’t be in there. Today three employees were literally laughing in my face because my account wasn’t able to process a check. When I asked for clarification the main one helping me was rude and short with the answer. She handed me my things back rolled her eyes and said have a nice day even though I was still trying to ask questions about my account and how I can avoid it being such a headache every week when I try to deposit my check from work. I was ignored so I left and effortlessly cashed my check somewhere else. I know the bank’s main focus isn’t customer service but I don’t think anyone deserves to be humiliated because of how much money is in their account and in 2022 I don’t think processing a check should ever take a week.
