  I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THE KINGS MOUNTAIN BRANCH EVER AGAIN. I have bank with SECU for the past 4 years as a company they are really good. But this branch in KM has went down hill real fast. Every time I go up there I feel un wanted and they are really rude and long wait times.

  After entering the over-priced bldg, I felt unwanted and uneasy. The bldg is new with overpriced furniture and no plants or greenery. Feels unwelcome. Employees are not friendly or talkative. 1 lady even told a customer he couldn't enter without a mask. So he went outside, put t-shirt around face and tied it. Was met at door and told to go get a real mask. So my daughter seen that he still couldn't enter and gave the customer a mask because the lady said to me, when I had asked for a mask for him, that they don't give them out,(very rudly). The line for drive-thru was very long. I had mask on and waited for so long to be waited on that I left and went to gastonia branch that felt good and was courteous. I have told the branch manager about how I felt about the new bldg before. Has gotten worse. There are a couple nice employees there, (tellers). This time only 1 teller on all the drive-thru's. They have multiple. Was only 1 person in line in front of me. Need to revamp whole place. But has all services available. Used to be a wonderful place in old bldg. Hope I can change review. Loved this place. Very sad.
