      Employee state credit union is the worst bank to deal with I just closed my after 6 months I had two disbutes which these merchants took out my money and I couldn’t go to one concert because I was in hospital the other one turbo tax took out money and my Irs forums were rejected but they still took my money . could not resolve any of them they said they weren’t fraud . So anyways they want you to go through a whole process to dispute something I already tried with the company that’s why I went to the bank . So long story short I closed my account.

However we are only able to follow up on disputed charges when a Member provides sufficient information to us so that we may do so. This is for the protection of all our Members and the security of the Credit Union itself.
