My family came here for insurance, from a friend recommendation. Insurance rate is good if you have good driving history, they even offer auto finance which is a great options. When i have concerns or question about policy i usually called and ask tri, he responded quickly.. great agents

Not a good office practice, I would not suggest this to any of my friends and family members. We ran into little issue with worker compensation and Mr. Tri do lied to us for 4 weeks, sending us thru hoops and Mr. Tri Do told us that it was State Farm responsibility to send us the form, later State Farm themselves told us that it was the local agent that need to get the form to us. When called back their office would refuse to help their loyal client with sending in a dispute form to statefarm. According to Mr. Tri Do, his boss Mr. Mark Nguyen told us to call StateFarm and file a complaint about their malpractice. Basically told us to go eat dirt, they dont care. Do you really want to work with an agent like this ? Good luck with that. Contacted StateFarm and opened a complaint case #935010, according to StateFarm each office is run independly so they cannot do anything to them, however the more complain they get, the more Statefarm would look into it closely. Thank you for reading this, I hope someone out there would consider it helpful.
