      I’d give ZERO IF I COULD! can’t ever get anyone on the phone, after 3 days of trying to pay 2 house payments I got a lady. I have her my acct and routing number (not on file) checked my bank accts tonight and they drafted 1000.00 out the wrong acct! I’m so fed up with this company.

      Like others have said recently, I am locked out of the new online account, and no one will answer the phone! This is very frustrating. Phones are never answered. Very glad I’m no longer being serviced by them for my loan.
