      I lost my husband in December of 2016. -- we moved to .Cherokee in 2000, the year I retired, and have banked there ever since. We have always had nothing but good service and goodwill of this bank and always been pleased with their service! Yes, Cherokee is a small town but this bank offers "big town service"!!

      Tried to get a loan here. Worst experience I've ever had with a bank. 6 weeks of attempting to get the ball rolling and being told they are working on it and will get back to me. Normally would never get that phone call and when I did it was the same routine of still working on it but would vaguely say how the process was going. After several days of calling and not receiving a call back I'm finally giving up. Complete waste of my time.
