  Very rude. Not helpful. I do not recommend at all. Was only concerned about filling out an application and running my credit. Did not answer one question that I had. Please do not use him. Update to answer the owners response - I’m not going to lie and argue with him over google reviews. This will be my last input on this. I did provide some of the information to him, some I didn’t because I didn’t feel comfortable with him and some he didn’t ask me like he stated in his response. He didn’t care to help at all. The next 2 brokers I called were not only beyond nice and helpful, but were able to provide me with the information that I was looking for. In fact, one of them went out of their way to talk to their underwriter to follow up on a question that I had, and then the broker emailed me last night with the information that I needed. Just look at Statewide’s response to my review - I think his response speaks for itself. Any good business owner would not only be a little apologetic for a bad experience, but would also have some empathy towards the negative review and the customers experience. Last thing I want to do is hurt any business or it’s owner, or mess with anyone’s livelihood, but this broker is horrible. Beware of him and his lies.

  Mr. Billy is a fraud gentleman, without providing us his any information wants to know the exact interest rate. I have asked him several time please provide me your credit score, the purchase price, closing date, down payment and some important info but looks like his intentions was to Harass business people and mess up their Google rating. Mr. Billy please stop this tactic. we love our clients and helps from application taker to the closing time.

  We've used Statewide Lending for re-fi on our existing home -- 2 times in the past couple years. They streamlined the entire mortgage application process using technology. GP is always available and responds to questions promptly. He also provides expert advise which is always on the mark . The APR rates he provides have always been the lowest on the market. There are no hidden expenses or surprises. If you prefer the advantage of a large mortgage company in terms of online tools/ application process and yet prefer the in-person experience, this lender is the right one for you.
