      I couldn’t possibly open a bank account at a facility as intolerable as this one. I watched them tow away 2-3 vehicles this morning because residents at the apartment building next to them used their parking lot to get to safety from a massive fire on the 6th floor. At what point does money stop being an object when compassion is needed. You watched people physically running back and forth with children and animals in their arms. Props to the tow company for eventually refusing to tow more vehicles during these circumstances and taking a young lady to get her car back.

      You people are absolutely sick. A fire broke out at Mitchell Park Plaza (the apartments next to your building) and instead of offering for people with small children to come into your lobby to keep warm, you call a tow company. People were pulling into your lot to run into the building to help their animals and family and you people decided to tow their cars as soon as possible. I was in disbelief that as soon as the fire department pulls up, one of your tow trucks does too. I was going to open an account with you, but seeing as you’re not as family friendly and neighborly as your claim, I will GLADY pass and I will be telling friends and family about this.
