      I would give them five stars for their customer service inside the credit union and on the phone. But a big service that you are not providing to especially people who work or go to school, is that you’re not open on Saturdays. This is a day many need to come inside to handle business face-to-face with a teller or a manager. That is a real lack of service for the community! I think with staffing you can easily start the service. Certainly hope this will be considered by management.

While we understand many people enjoy visiting our branch staff, almost all transactions and loan applications can be done in online banking after hours giving members accessibility and staff time to be with their families.
