      I had my prong on my diamond ring fixed and they totally changed the design on it or replaced other diamonds less value. totally sad about the the experience.ive been a long time customer

      The gentleman who helped me and my partner was beyond kind, informative, helpful, and truthful. I was looking to sell some rings and I was given honest and accurate advice, as well as help cleaning one of my rings before giving it back to me. I came here because of the reviews and they definitely deserve all of them (but not that one saying they have bad customer service).
