      Stephanie and her team were great to work with. Dallas TX housing market is veracious, and I needed a lender that could move fast, they were what I needed. I had applied through my credit union originally but they were very slow to process my application and took a month to get a pre approval. Meanwhile I was unable to make offers on houses. Stephanie's team got the pre approval much faster and I was able to actively search. To anyone who thinks that their credit union is prioritizing refinance over new buyers, seek the help of these types of lenders simultaneously you maybe surprised at the difference in speed. I would definitely work with them again!
