  So easy and saved so much money! I knew I could save some money by refinancing but was reluctant because of a long process with past refinancing with a large bank. My own bank said 45 to 90 days to refinance with a rate just under my current loan. Stephanie made it so easy by searching rates and terms for me. She found one that was lower than my bank had quoted that would save almost $600 a month in our household budget by consolidating loans with the lower rate. Completing the application was made easier by an application online and uploading the basic info needed vs the process to qualify with the large bank last time. I was able to cut my budget and save thousands more by applying some of this back to shorten years off the original loan time, too! I loved that she stayed in touch with a quick video update. I was so impressed by this excellent customer service touch that I shared in a company meeting for my team at work! Time went by quickly and she ready for us to sign in less than 30 days. My husband and I happily signed knowing we had better rates and saving options than we had hoped for. In a world where excellent customer service is rare and time is valuable, she is priceless!

  My wife and I moved to the area with very little knowledge on the market and people who could steer us in the right direction on our first home purchase. Stephanie and her team proved to be a tremendous resource in walking us through the process and went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. She showed us through her preparedness and experience that home purchasing does not need to be a stressful event and I do not believe we would have been able to move through the process so quickly and cleanly without her help. I cannot recommend her enough if you are new to home purchasing and want someone you can confidently rely on.

  My wife & I recently refinanced our home with Stephanie. Our experience with Stephanie was truly amazing. We ended up with a great rate and closed fast. More importantly though, Stephanie, was honest and thorough from the beginning. She communicated everything upfront and kept us up-to-date on the entire process. One of my favorite things about our experience with Stephanie was her weekly video update (20-30 seconds) of where we were in the process and what to expect until we closed. Stephanie is an expert in her field and she will exceed your expectations.
