As first time home buyers my girlfriend and I were totally unfamiliar with the lending process and quite anxious about it. Stephanie put our nerves at ease with thorough explanations and “hand holding” when needed. We shopped around for rates but found that Stephanie was able to get the us best out there. I don’t think we would have been able to move money around in time had she not expedited the entire appraisal process. 11/10 would recommend.
