      Just wow. Tomorrow morning I'm changing banks because they blocked my card last night on date night!!! And I was still in town and at my normal place we always eat but awhile back no one stopped my card when it was being used in California!!! And the best part is no one told me! And the money just kept building up because when your negative they charge you!!! I'm so done with this place! And there were so much to they messed up that I don't wanna ever talk about... I'm done with sterling federal

      While the workers and such at SF are fine, I was unable to connect my account to the Robinhood app. Was told they have no clue whatsoever when anyone from SF could either.... On top of it all, ever since they changed their website recently, I've had an issue or two... annoying!

Our online banking system has multiple security features that prevents third-party sites like Robin Hood from automatically accessing your account information. However, most of these third-party sites, including Robin Hood, allow our customers to enter their routing number and account number and will then receive a “micro deposit”, which is a small deposit that must then be verified with the third-party. Our accounts can be linked to Robin Hood in this manner. Instructions are available on Robin Hood’s website.
