  Katherine Pelletier was by far the best real estate agent I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I have bought and sold over 10 properties over the past 40 years and this last experience was by far the best. Not only is Katherine a warm and pleasant person to work with, she knows her business exceptionally well and was able to get top dollar for my property. In fact, she was able to get me over $30,000 more than I expected. She was excellent with marketing my home, dealing with inspectors and appraiser's, and just exceptional in all aspects of home sales. Please pass on my thanks to Katherine. She is a great agent and there is no doubt in my mind that I will use her for any of my future home sales or purchases.

  After 2 years working with more than a dozen brokers, here is why Katherine Pelletier is the last and only broker I will work with for transacting property in the Albany region!! Katherine’s professionalism, knowledge, and integrity is beyond reproach. I have purchased my last three properties with her as my buyer’s agent. She has gone to extreme measures to wholly understand what I am looking for and understand my requirements. When I get notifications from her about potential properties, they are always squarely what I am looking for. This relieves me from having to filter through the hundreds of new MLS postings that do not match my requirements. Katherine has been in this business for nearly 10 years, but comes from a family that is wholly emerged in the different aspects of the real estate industry. Numerous times I have heard her share that she was bouncing ideas off her father or brother to better find properties that match my needs. I can only imagine the cumulative years of experience in her inner circle, which I know she regularly taps. This is only part of what makes her a rockstar, bringing that experience and knowledge all in support of my goals. On her own, she is continuously learning and reading up on influences that affect neighborhoods’ changing pricing and future projections. Her insight has given me ideas for different strategies and plans. Katherine knows how to fight for me!! She has brought tough rhetoric to her counterpart brokers all on my behalf. She does not roll over or put up with nonsense that other lazy or spineless brokers would accept. With her understanding of the market and profession, she has a grounded sense of what is acceptable versus deceit. When we talk about pricing, she fights for me every time. As such, we have got the right properties at the best price that I would not have been able to achieve with anyone else. I am very confident about that fact, and I am so lucky to have her on my side. Too many agents just want to check the box and close the sale; if Katherine does not get what I need, she will not accept less. Katherine’s integrity is founded on strong principles of what is right and proper. Never once have I ever considered that she was not working in pursuit of my interests. She cares about this profession, and clearly is intrinsically motivated to never take the easy road if it would compromise her veracity. There are other brokers that may be able to find the same opportunities, but – in my experience – very few are truly invested in practicing their craft in the highest of transparent, respectful, proud, and trustworthy means as Katherine. Finally, Katherine is a pleasure to talk and work with. She is responsive, warm, and kind, and her sense of humor is refreshing. To reiterate, I wouldn’t feel as confident in the real estate space without Katherine Pelletier as a critical part of my team. If you need a real estate broker, I have done all the legwork for you – just call Katherine, and relax knowing that you are working with the best in the industry.

  Angie B. was amazing! If we hadn’t moved out of NY she would have been our lifetime realtor. If you want someone who is caring, passionate and will push to get things done for you Angie is your person. This was the first home my husband and I purchased so we were new to the selling process and with how crazy the market is it can be overwhelming. Angie took care of all our needs, answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way! She is someone who truly loves what she does and loves helping people make their dreams come true. If you want some you can trust and will go the extra mile call Angie! We really can’t thank her enough for all she did for us.
