      Working with Steve and his staff is like having time with your best friends!! Steve is always checking to make sure we have the right coverage at the very best price. I not only have my personal coverage with him but also the coverage for the nonprofit that I am the Executive Director of. I have lived in many places and have had many agents over the years but I have never had this kind of customer service from anyone but Steve and his crew in Custer!!

      1 star is for the friendly young women in front; waiting 7+ weeks for refund, "check's in the mail" and "I can't do anything" are responses from Steven, my experience has been a total lack of customer service and integrity, a poor representation of the community of Custer...update!! still waiting for a complete refund after 10 weeks of disgusting customer service and what seems to be fraudulent promises of "being a good neighbor" theory of State Farm, this agency should be shut down by State Farm.

      After my vehicle was a total loss they continued to charge me while they dragged out the process. Received a low settlement that didn't cover my loss, then received a bill for the 3 months of coverage while I was without a vehicle.
