  Steve is great to work with! He responds in a very timely manner and provides you with plenty of information. The turn around time for pre qualification was amazing as well. I definitely recommend working with Steve if you are looking for a new mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage!

  Hi everyone! I wish there was a TEN star option! I just really have to send some love and a MASSIVE recommendation to a business (and now friend) that helped Danny and I out earlier this year! Steve Everitt and Steven Everitt Mortgage GOT THE JOB DONE! We had little to no chance or refinancing based on our current stated income situation, our debt to income ratio (Parent Plus loans - who else is in this boat??) = ugh) and more. We had reached out to the bigger companies (Quicken, etc.) with no luck. My daughter Caitlyn Kort had worked with Steve and team to refi her house and could not say enough about him, so we gave him a ring. When a small hiccup happpened in January, the answer came back no - we were not surprised honesty, as we hadn't had much luck. We knew it was probably a long shot! WELL IMAGINE MY SURPRISE, when nearly six weeks later, with zero prompting or requests from us, Steve came back with a solution! I was blown away! Honestly, he had taken the time to research and dig and find a way! I had automatically assumed the file was closed and we would try again in six months but Steve NEVER closed our file and worked til he got the job done! I cannot say enough about him, his work ethic, his patience, his drive and his honesty! IT PAYS to work with small businesses and create a relationship along the way. If you think you don't qualify, CALL HIM. If you are looking for a first time mortgage, CALL HIM! If you are looking to get educated, CALL HIM! If you need to get creative, CALL HIM! THANK YOU SEM! Thank you Steve and Tara Everitt! If you are looking for a mortgage team, a refi team and more - I urge you to not hesitate, and start with these guys!

  I usually don't take the time to post a review, but not doing so for Steve Everitt Mortgage would just be unfair because he is OUTSTANDING!! Steve was nothing but professional, patient, prompt, helpful, and honest with me, a first-time homeowner, during my refinance process. He was able to save me more money than I thought possible, and although I am grateful for that, I value more his integrity, expertise, and transparency!!
