  I wanted to share my gratefulness to Steve Shanks ! Once again he found me the perfect house ! I have lived in the most amazing house that Steve found for me in 1998, and now he has found the perfect house for my treatment center Trauma and Beyond. The house is gorgeous! But truly most important is that Steve is kind, caring, responsible, conscientious, and stellar in his reputation. He was on the ball, quick to respond, and most important, quick to find us “new” houses as they became available. And he has the best relationships with other realtors which is so valuable in this climate. Steve. Thank you Thank you ! Can’t wait to buy our next house with you too ! You are exceptional !!!

  Steve is knowledgable, focused, and well connected. He was able to get my property into escrow at the price I expected before it was officially on the market. He was always available to answer questions and give his perspective on the transaction. I am very satisfied with Steve and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling in this area.

  Steve just sold our house, which is a high end property. He had the open house on a Sunday and by Thursday we were in contract. I've known him for many years and he's handled both leasing and sales of several other properties for us, never changing the level of great service whether the property was in the mid-range or high end. Steve is a pleasure to work with, always looking out for our best interests, handling difficult/emotional situations in an extremely diplomatic manner, and providing thoughtful and good advice. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease properties. I trust him implicitly, which is not something one can say about many people, and give him my unqualified recommendation!!!
