  Steven and his team have secured three mortgages for us (in New York City and Los Angeles) and they’ve wowed us every time. This year, Steven was nothing short of heroic in getting us a great mortgage. Our situation presented a number of obstacles but he was undaunted, always working, available to us at all hours, coaching us through the exhausting lending process, problem-solving, and advocating for us. Steven has unmatched dedication to his clients, great relationships with lenders and realtors (who respect him and like working with him) and a deep understanding of real estate and the mortgage industry.   Steve and his entire team were absolutely amazing to work with. He went completely above and beyond to make sure our loan went through and at a great rate. We were able to close on our hose seamlessly because of his hard dedication and hard work. I truly don't think it would have been possible with any other broker. He and Nikki spent countless hours making all the numbers work, fighting for us with the banks and making it all seem easy even though I know the amount of time they put into our loan was countless. We truly are forever indebted to their hard work and dedication. We would absolutely use their services again without a second thought and feel so lucky to have found them to begin with.
