  If it were not for Steven, I would not have my new home. He was very helpful, understanding and caring. He goes the extra mile to make your dreams come true. I am truly grateful to have found him and consider him a friend. I have closed on my home and could not be happier! Thank you Steven, you are the BEST!

  Lacks integrity and character. Unethical. Uses others, their relationship and info to get what he wants. Very selfish, narcassist and unapologetic for it.

  I am sorry you had a bad experience with someone and would like more details. This review must be related to someone else with the company as I have never personally dealt with Mr. Alexander and have been on a leave of absence for a year since losing both parents.   Working with Steven Weinberg was a very good choice that my wife and I made. First of all he’s an honest guy and doesn’t paint a rosy picture unless it really is a rosy picture. When going through the loan process it’s important to know realistically what you’re dealing with and what you’re facing and he lays out the expectation pretty well. Sometimes things were frustrating but it’s just because of the loan process itself and the amount of documentation that you have to show. Everybody hates that part of it but Steven Weinberg went above and beyond the call of duty to make concessions and allow concessions to happen so we could close our loan. We will work with Steven Weinberg again on our next transaction
