      They manage our payroll and taxes for the business. They have always been available which is a great benefit of using a local company!

      Not sure why this place gets any good reviews, we had an absolutely terrible experience! They never answer phones and do not abide by any consistent working hours for you to stop by (ignore the hours of operation listed here, they are never in the building during those). We got our tax documents and information to them this year weeks in advance of the tax deadline but they left us hanging and answered no phone calls/voicemails until someone there finally told us (weeks after the tax deadline) that they filed for an extension on our behalf (not sure why if everything was on time from us...). Then we didn't hear from them for another several weeks and, despite multiple phone calls and attempted in-person stop-bys, no one would speak to us. They finally emailed some paperwork to us on a Friday afternoon (right before leaving the building for the weekend at 2pm and not answering the phones) saying we owe thousands of dollars in taxes and now-- because of THEIR lateness-- we owe late fees and are past due on taxes with the IRS! This is extremely unprofessional and just all around awful experience. You are better off going to H&R Block or doing the taxes yourself. They assign you a certain accountant and makes it seem like you will be taken care of, but we learned in our repeated attempts to reach them that the accountant doesn't actually take care of your taxes and they are actually done by a collection or random, lower-level assistants. You will be treated like a number rather than a person and that is something you could get literally anywhere else. Not worth the hundreds of dollars they charge for preparation-- not at all! We absolutely DO NOT recommend this company.
