      We closed on a Galveston condo in May 2021 using Stewart. At closing I questioned the tax proration amount. I was told it could be adjusted when the 2021 appraisal came in. The 2021 taxes were much higher, which I paid. I called Stewart for help and was told it was our problem and for us to collect from the sellers . I will not use them again and do not recommend them
