      We are closing today, a refinance. We will not recommend this title company. 7 years ago their service seemed fine, this time around it has been nothing but exhausting and frustrating. Documents in error, poor communication, zero value. If we didn't love our loan originator we would've said forget it, he saved the deal for them!

      I would not recommend using this Stewart Title location for any transaction due to the lack of communication and not taking ownership when things didn't get done. There was a lot of misinformation and excuses made during the entire process and this made our land/home purchase a very stressful time when it didn't need to be stressful.
