  During the purchase of my home, I did not hire a survey because my company didn't require one. Unfortunately, it was found that my neighbor had a small portion of ownership over a corner of my driveway. All I needed was an easment written up in order to remedy the problem. However, this company decided that it was not covered, telling me that I should've had a survey done before on my own behalf. On top of being neigh impossible to get ahold of, taking my money, and supposedly using the argument of "credit towards my buyer" to keep the money after I requested a refund for an insurance that is basically useless in the grand scheme of things the refused to assist me further. After days of paperwork, lack of communication, and terrible excuses I award them 1 star. I would go lower if I could and hope that people choose to put their business elsewhere.

  Great communication from Crissy and Beth. Good communication with my clients, the sellers! Proper raising of concerns at the property time. Got the job done remotely for all parties and tied together a closing statement that was 100% accurate. Beyond that, when one problem arose, created by a lawyer for an earlier sale in the chain of dominoes leading to the closing for my client, there was no panic, only the truth and and a realistic timeframe for funding of the buyer's sale in order to buy my client's home.
