  Refinanced (cash-out) my primary here almost 1 year ago. The company was supposed to pay off a few credit cards at closing but mailed the payments to me instead (without notifying me that I was supposed to mail these checks to the credit card companies myself). Simple mistake, we are all human and prone to error sometimes. I finally found these checks last week (9 months later) and called them to get some clarification. The woman I spoke with said they would reissue the checks in my name (many of the balances are now zero or the accounts are closed). The following day, a different employee, Norma, takes over and sends me new checks. Unfortunately, Norma made the checks payable to the same credit cards instead of me. I called to find out what happened and Norma had the gall to say they couldn't make the check out to me and that the original mistake of mailing these checks to me without notifying me was "a courtesy." I'm sorry Norma but what you did was waste a few hours of my time (not a courtesy). I'll do you the courtesy of mailing you a dictionary so you can bone up on your english vocabulary. Furthermore, Norma said they could get in trouble if the account gets audited. I'm sorry honey but where were these auditors for the last 9 months when the money was just sitting in your account?? These auditors must have been on vacation or something. I get that title companies make small margins and some stuff gets missed but this company clearly has issues with all the low reviews on google. Also, the escrow officers that handled my refi are no longer with the company! Not exactly a vote of confidence with this Roseville branch.

  I discourage you from using this branch to do any title or recording of a deed. They are willing to do fraudulent recordongs to close a deal. Sherry Anderson is the manager and refuses to take any of my calls. I thought that's what managers do!
