  Unfortunately, this is an outdated office. During my short interactions with these folks, the following occurred: 1. Zero ability to change things on their online portal, rendering it effectively useless 2. Blatant disregard for time zone differences despite them being clearly detailed 3. Not open during hours posted on their own site But, most importantly: 4. Discussed AND made decisions with a party that is no longer associated with my account. This is a big one. The account is tied to my name/SSN and openly discussing it/making decisions with another party is a giant security risk. Bottom line: Vanguard or Fidelity have moved into the latest century

  UPDATE DECEMBER 2020 - I finally sold my Puerto Rican bonds at a $45,000 (75%) loss through Fidelity. Fidelity told me they stopped recommending PR municiple bonds years before they were sold to me by Stifel. PRIOR REVIEW Beware of these Old School broker crooks. They gain your trust and then call you with an exciting investment opportunity and expect you to make an investment decision in 30 seconds by phone. They recommended Puerto Rico municipal bonds when they knew how shaky the bonds were. And other bonds I have with them have either lost money or broken even only. I am at an unrealized loss of over $30,000 with these bozos. They recently sold a Marshfield Clinic Bond to my Dad without even telling him what he was paying! - it was more than par value and did not even tell him he was paying a premium over par that will offset his dividends. Old school brokers who will line their own pockets at your expense. Any investment you can get through them you can get yourself through an online broker without the deception or commission. Be warned, be wise, stay away!
