Called this bank to change address for its customer, as I have owned this my house for more than 2years. I called many times. The bank still sends confidential documents to my address for its customer. I was told just to tell USPS to return the mail. It led me to give a bad review as the bank support refused to take further action to help its customer, though its customer is supposed to change address. But it was old laddy.

never heard of a bank keeping your insurance claim check and wanting to pay for the repairs and then if there is money left over from the repair they dont even give it to you they apply it to the loan
