  Samantha could not have been more efficient and accommodating when trying to re-finance our home. We had unusual circumstances and she was more than competent to answer all of our questions and get us locked into a fabulous rate. When the final HUD came in and it was not as expected. One phone call to Samantha is all it took. She did not hesitate to find the discrepancy. I made a few calls and forwarded some documents to her and she was able to keep the closing moving! I could not be more pleased with Stifel or Samantha.
