      The transition form KY Bank to Stockyard Bank in Richmond KY - has been a mess. At least for me. I can't even get anyone on the phone to access my accounts online. I'll be switching soon if they don't get their act together.

      This bank has slipped a lot since it was taken over by Kentucky Bank. Reasonable in person customer service with friendly folks on site but their online web banking is terrible. The online aspect was MUCH better when it was the original, small, three branch local operation. Now the web site and online service is terrible and has not gotten any better desire hours on the phone demonstrating the problems.... We are torn. We don't like the idea of the monster mega national banks; we like the idea of the small, local banks where you know the folks... But the local bank has to"work" and that includes the web site. It used to, now it doesn't. We will give the a bit more time before we may have to move our business somewhere else.
