  We have been working with Lori Burdine for a few weeks on some plans we have for a future business venture. We will now be switching all of our banking services over. It was nice to finally speak with someone who has common sense processes versus a big chain bank.

  Jason Crouch was exceptional! Truly EXCEPTIONAL! I was a first time home buyer so obviously new to the process. He was very patient as I had tons of questions, transparent through the entire process, prompt in all responses via text, phone, and/or email, and so much more! He even met me at Panera Bread to explain the loan more in depth. It's a bit overwhelming when there are so many lenders to work with - I shopped them people - he is the best. The close date happened as scheduled and went so SMOOTHLY. He built so much rapport it felt like a party with great friends when we were signing the paperwork. There was ZERO stress and it was all because of him. Zero stress... as a home buyer?! Doesn't sound like it goes together, right? Well it does if you have the right person! He has a customer for life. You owe yourself the hassle-free, FUN, timely experience I had. Jason Crouch - ask for him!
