  This bank has lied to their customer and left her stranded overdrew her account saying the check she put in her bank never cleared and my records as I wrote the check show it cleared on 6/6/2022 now they said they would get with her on Thursday that's over a week after she deposited the check . When I called and asked if they verified the check she told me no that that was my number when I informed her that that was actually corporate's number and not my number as I can't verify checks she still won't call to verify funds. Jared and Chelsea the branch manager and her assistant then lied to the customer saying that the check is fraud and that the bank the check was written on refused to speak to them again the number goes to corp so we are a national company and the check has cleared and the number on the check goes to Corp office they would spoke to them and verified funds but instead the customer is stuck hundred of miles away with no money now her account is overdrawn they refused to release the funds. When I spoke to the president of the bank Joe Cola I actually thought he would help but that was not the case quite frankly they acted like they didn't even care. To all of those who do use this Bank sorry for your luck I would certainly go somewhere else. It is a desperate feeling to be stuck and your bank won't even help you fix it.
