Mike and his team were great! We had a fast close and many things had to come together quickly on their part. They made it happen in a big way! Mike was very responsive and was great at finding different rate options. He never stopped exploring the best option. The one we ended up going with was a GREAT rate - 1% less than any rate I had seen at that time given the specifics of our purchase.
