  I highly recommend Patricia Chavez of Stonecastle Land and Home Financial as a Senior Mortgage Consultant. I wasn’t sure homeownership was a possibility for me, and after a fantastic first conversation with Patricia, I knew I wanted to work with her. Patricia is an experienced professional Consultant with over two decades of experience. I trusted Patricia implicitly and she was responsive and communicative from beginning to end. She navigated a complex real estate transaction between me (the renter) and the owner, who lived in Canada, during COVID, all while keeping us on a very tight deadline! She is generous with her wealth of knowledge of real estate, loans and financing available. Patricia is creative and also extremely knowledgeable about how the various loan options will work with her client; she gave me recommendations which helped me get my finances in order so that I could get a low interest rate for a first-time homeowner. Patricia has such integrity and expertise, it’s amazing to have someone like this in your corner. I am delighted to recommend her.
