      They are extremely Unprofessional with no real intention to help. I contacted strand and spoke to a representative name Sharon and she told me she had to put her banking in and hung up the phone on me. Double charge me a late fee and were extremely rude They don’t even deserve one star but that’s the minimum that you can give to write a review

      Very unprofessional, my wife and I have spent hours on the phone with them about our insurance, we paid our bill 1 month in advance not to miss a payment and then 2 months when they kept saying we were late with our payment and they added late fees every month anyway. After calling and getting hung up on by Sharron I had enough, I called back was told by Sharron to talk to her boss Howard about it because "her numbers are always right". Asked Sharron to have Howard call me back, we'll see. So I guess our time has no value with all the hours my wife and I spent on this with nothing but hassles, while we should be working to pay them, funny right.
