  Excellent Experience !! Super professional, and Very Efficient! I was referred to Mr. Steve Shalaby and I'm blessed with this referral! I had to sell my property in FL to cash out funds immediately. Steve managed to get an offer within two weeks and negotiate the price to the maximum. His negotiation skills are super professional!. I highly recommended working with him. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable in housing loans and the real estate market. I will definitely use his service again!

  From the moment we met Steve we knew that we were in good hands. From start to finish he was knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of the process. We used him as a real estate broker and mortgage broker. This made the whole experience a lot easier and my husband and I knew we had made the best choice. Would recommend him to everyone!!

  Christmas came early this year with the help of Steve ! My husband and I were able to purchase a home we had our eyes and hearts set on . Steve made sure we were prepared both mentally and financially for all that was to come during the whole home buying process . When things seemed to be a little tight he always came up with a solution . Steve is highly knowledgeable and experienced in what he does no doubt about that . What stood out the most was the time he invested in us . Whenever we were in doubt about anything we could call or text and he would always pick up and respond . We were always in the loop of things . Overall Steve is very tenacious and being both a realtor and a loan officer makes him perfect to help you purchase your dream home . Thank you again Steve .
