      Got a chance to meet their owner on a Weekend. Very pleasant to deal with. My go to guy is Jordan. Always available to answer my questions. No surprise why we have refinanced with them twice in the past 5 years. Guess what, we are building a new home. We know exactly who to contact when it is time to close next year. Update: We closed our house coue of weeks ago. We got an unbeatable rate of 3.7% with a small penalty due to locking rate longer than 60 days. This is when the rate was around 5%. This probably saved us 10s of thousands of dollars. To top this, we got a surprise today. We felt like the business gave us a 5 star hotel treatment.
